About Us
The Mattera's
John Mattera grew up in Calvert County on his parent’s farm in Huntingtown. It was there, where he developed his love of excavating. John Mattera has an established reputation as a skilled operator with a solid work ethic. Operating heavy equipment is his passion and the customer experience is his priority.
In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at Huntingtown Volunteer Fire Department with his wife, Sara. They especially enjoy being a part of the team of Santa’s Helpers that bring Christmas cheer to the residents of Huntingtown every December.
